Qualified lawyer, is a graduated of the Faculty of Law –the University of Bucharest and of master courses with specialization in “judicial career.” Laura has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since January 2012, and her professional experience consists in drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal documents in the field of commercial and administrative law and the elaboration of procedural acts for different trial phases and supporting them in front of the courts. Laura has dealt with researching and drafting reasoned legal opinions in matters of real estate law. Last but not least, Laura represents corporate clients in the completion of formalities with the Trade Registry.
